Completed application form
Two recent passport-sized photographs
Copy of your CNIC/NICOP/Passport (for foreign nationals)
Curriculum Vitae (CV) and list of publications (if applicable)
Three sealed letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with your academic work and professional experience (These letters should be less than one year old)
Attested copies of your educational transcripts/mark sheets and diplomas/certificates for all educational achievements (e.g., SSC, HSSC, bachelor's degree)
If applicable, grade cards or transcripts of courses completed at AKU.

Fee Structure
