  • Completed application form
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs
  • Copy of your CNIC/NICOP/Passport (for foreign nationals)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) and list of publications (if applicable)
  • Three sealed letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with your academic work and professional experience (These letters should be less than one year old)
  • Attested copies of your educational transcripts/mark sheets and diplomas/certificates for all educational achievements (e.g., SSC, HSSC, bachelor's degree)
  • If applicable, grade cards or transcripts of courses completed at AKU
