Siddique assistanceship is awarded to the Riphah/IIMCT employees seeking admission in any BS or MS/M.Phil Level Program at Riphah International University. This assistanceship is for regular bona fide employees. Employee has served the organization for the tenure of minimum 2 years. The employee availing scholarship should not be on probation or under any active investigation for breach of any rule or regulation. The candidate must be admitted on open merit seat in the Program. Under this scheme the candidate will not be eligible for any program offered by affiliates of organization or offered in collaboration with local/foreign universities. The employee will be eligible for only those programs that are offered during off working hours. There is only one assistance ship in each program per intake. If there are more than one candidate for this assistance ship in one program, then decision will be made on merit. But preference will be given to the candidate getting qualification relevant to his/her Job requirement. Employee must sign the post qualification Employment Bond as specified. Assistanceship will be awarded to the student for entire duration of degree program. Assistanceship of the students to achieve SGPA of 3.20 in final exam of each semester shall be reduced as per rules. If an employee is discontinued for any reason, the terms under agreed employment bond shall be applied. The benefit may be given at management discretion. Percentage of Financial Assistance (FA) shall be considered based on following criterion: 80% on tuition fee if degree is relevant to the job/designation requirement at Riphah. 40% on tuition fee if degree is not relevant to the job/designation requirement at Riphah.

Applications for financial assistance are entertained if submitted within the first two weeks of course registration of the respective term along with 50% dues. Applications must be signed by the parents/guardian of the student and enclosed with reliable proof of financial constraints & academic performance. The concerned student is communicated about the outcome of their applications in due course of time. In case assistance ship is approved the remaining amount must be deposited within fifteen days.
