Eligible Criteria

• Domicile: Must hold a valid Punjab Domicile. (AJK Students are not eligible for this scheme).

• Academic Criteria (For New Students):

• Public Sector Universities: 70% in Intermediate (Science), 65% (Arts/Social Science)

• Medical Colleges (MBBS/BDS): 80% in Intermediate

• HED Colleges: 65% (Science), 60% (Arts)

• Federal / Private Universities: 70% (Science), 65% (Arts)

• Academic Criteria (For Continuing Students):

• Science Group: Minimum 70% marks / 2.8 CGPA

• Arts Group: Minimum 65% marks / 3.0 CGPA in previous semester/year.

• Family Income Limit:

• For Public Sector HEIs: Less than PKR 350,000 per month

• For Federal / Private Sector HEIs: Less than PKR 500,000 per month

• Income Affidavit on E-Stamp Paper is mandatory.

Application Process

• Register on Portal: Create an account on the official PHEC Honhaar Scholarship Portal using your CNIC or B-Form number.

• Fill Out Academic Profile: Enter your precise Matriculation, Intermediate (FSc), and current CUVAS enrollment details.

• Log Household Income: Input your accurate family monthly income, ensuring it remains below the PKR 350,000 threshold.

• Generate Income Affidavit: Download the specific stamp paper layout from the portal and print it onto a Rs. 50 e-stamp paper.

• Upload Digital Documents: Scan and upload your CNIC/B-Form, Punjab domicile, educational certificates, and the signed income affidavit.

• Submit Application: Double-check all entered records for data consistency and submit the application fully online.

• Await Merit Assessment: Let the PHEC system automatically calculate your merit weightage (30% Matric and 70% Intermediate).

• Monitor Award Lists: Check the portal dashboard and CUVAS university notice boards for the final selection announcements.
