Eligible Criteria

• st Semester / 1 Year Students (Fall 2026)

• No Age Limit

• Have domicile of Punjab province

• No Gender specific

• Monthly Family income of the applicant must be less than Rs. 350,000/- for Public Sector HEIs and Rs. 500,000 for Federal / Private Sector HEIs (Affidavit on E-Stamp Required) (Download Sample Affidavit)

• The applicant must be enrolled in the 1st semester/year of Selected Disciplines in the Selected Universities / Colleges in 2026. Students already enrolled in 1st year of MBBS and BDS in 2026 are also eligible for the scholarship program.

• Minimum FSc. / Intermediate marks

• Public Sector Universities / Colleges ≥ 70% ≥ 65%

• MBBS / BDS (Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges) ≥ 80% —

• Federal and Private Universities ≥ 70% ≥ 65%

• HED Colleges ≥ 65% ≥ 60%

• nd Semester / Year Onward (For Public Sector Only)

• Register an account on honhaarscholarship.punjabhec.gov.pk with your CNIC/B-Form

• Enter personal and Punjab domicile details

• Input educational credentials (Matric and Intermediate marks)

• Select your enrolled university, campus, and degree program

• Enter family income and socioeconomic details

• Upload required documents and the signed e-stamp income affidavit

• Review and submit the application before the deadline

• Complete physical verification at your institution's scholarship desk
